BOOT CAMP/CARDIO BOOT CAMP
Can you say, “Motivated, motivated, motivated”? All the best of “Army Training” with fun thrown in to boot. This class contains classic conditioning training and mixes in out-of-the-ordinary drills, for a challenging total body workout. Great for everyone from beginners to the most experienced. Expect to be outside for this fun workout when weather permits!
CARDIO INTERVAL
Have fun increasing your heart rate through dance, kickboxing, or rhythmic movement. Our instructors shake it up every week so exercising stays fun.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat as you sweat through an aerobic workout of kicks and punches.
CORE TRAINING
Train your entire core area including abs and back muscles. Working these areas provides strength, stabilization, and improved posture.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
By strength training, stretching, and balance exercises, you can slow down the aging process as well as perform your daily activities easier. Geared toward mature adults who are making health and fitness a top priority, although everyone is welcome to join this class.

Join us for the newest addition to our Y! Group cycling is a challenging workout that suits all ranges of abilities and fitness goals. Our Spinning certified instructors will have you pedaling to motivating music and teach you how to enjoy the ride. Come and see what the buzz is all about. Classes are first come/first served. Full Privilege members: make sure to pick up a 'reserved' tag from the Welcome Center up to 15 minutes before the class begins to save your bike. Program members may purchase a tag no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of class.

LENGTHEN N STRENGTHEN
Combine a series of body held poses that will help to lengthen your body and increase your strength and flexibility through a series of stretches and calisthenics.
MULTI LEVEL YOGA
This class will challenge you to expand your body as well as your mind through the practice of Yoga. Students will be taught proper alignment in poses, the use of props to enhance poses, breathing techniques, and to explore their playful side. We will explore the centuries old traditions and practices of Yoga and learn techniques to bring Yoga into your life off the mat. Themed classes and poses of the month provide for variation and encourage students to progress in their practice. No two classes are alike! Both Vinyasa (flowing through poses) and holding of poses is incorporated. Pose variations and prop recommendations are given to accommodate student’s varying levels of experience. All levels are welcome. Come as you are and see what develops!
PILATES
This mat based exercise class strengthens and tones muscles, improves postures, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and creates a more streamlined shape. Beginners to advanced welcome.
POWER & STRENGTH
How better to start off your weekend than with strength? Build lean muscle mass and rev up your metabolism as you utilize cardio and different weights to challenge all of your major muscle groups.
POWER YOGA
Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance during this fitness based Yoga class. Enjoy a heart pumping workout that is centered around a traditional yoga flow. Sculpt your body while relaxing your mind!
STEP INTERVAL/ STEP
This will be an interval based class which will combine strength training (body weight, hand-held weights or tubing) along with cardio drills on the step platform. All levels welcome. Work at your own pace!
STRENGTH INTERVAL
Challenge your muscles and kick start your metabolism. By lifting weights, you will build muscle and help prevent bone loss.
SUNRISE TOTAL BODY TRAINING
The best way possible to start your day! Get your heart pumping and shake out the morning blahs with this fast paced class that will focus on strength training and cardio for a great total body workout. All levels are welcome to join this class.
SUNRISE YOGA FITNESS
Learn to listen to your body as you lengthen and strengthen it using a series of instructor lead poses. The peaceful environment allows you to focus on yourself and relax while building strength, flexibility, and balance. Beginners are welcome, as modifications are given and props can be used.
SV’s POWER PUMP
This choreographed class will have you pumpin’ iron (lifting weights) and developing lean muscle mass. By varying weight amount and lifting speed, you will reshape your body by building definition.
